PhD transcript is not required if you are still in progress and instead the attestation letter is required, which serves more or less as a letter of enrolment. For the mailing labels I included two of them. You can get free ones in Canada Post retail stores. Hope it helps. -derp

I think it's a good idea to include the 6-months history with your application if you can. might help move the assessment faster. I'm not able to do that so I'm expecting the POF request in the future (hopefully not) :)

I listed briefly the duties mentioned in the NOC description. They will check your ref letter for assessment anyway :) -derp
