I'm also 22nd Sept applicant with DD payment. Haven't heard anything from CIO yet and I'm not sure when to expect DD encashment.... Hope for the best. -derp

Probably it would be returned if missing the signature, as that's clearly required in the checklist. But it doesn't make sense if your attestation letter got the stamp but no signature...

Since the new/last 500 cap was released on May1st, 2014, the waiting time between Application received at CIO and applicants receiving PER has dramatically increased. Like Viva2014 said it could take more than 3 months. I'm not sure what's happening. ::) You may check the FSW2014 spreadsheet...

We don't include that RPRF with our application and wait until requested. It will usually be shortly before or after the medical request. The only form that I submitted is the Fee Payment Form. -derp
