Hi guys, My ecas status is In process but the substatus mentioned is "We received your application for permanent residence on September 13, 2011." how long will it take for them to send the MR? Is there still chance of rejection? Received PER on Dec 13, 2011 NOC 1233 VO: London

It does not mention that way - whats mentioned is only we received your application for permanent residence on sep 13 2011... Either ecas is not updated or they will start to process later on Thanks boss :)
