Millions thanks to Allah my Husband got his passport back today with Visa :) so the wait is finally over after 23 months. yesterday he got a call from CHC-I and they wanted to confirm his address and finally today passport was received. His ecase status is still showing 'in process' so i guess...

welcome to the forum. as far as I know u have to inform them once the baby is born. But you can still send them proof of ur visit and ur doctor's certificate. Hope u hav a healthy pregnancy. other members can help u with the contact info

Do they even hav a criteria? I hav no idea how they r processing cases...i hav read sum nikkah cases that got processed in a year. And sum complete ruksati+valima couples r waiting for so long.... Ours is also love marriage...we hav a son who is canadian born. So u cant even imagine how it is...

you should def hire a consultant. they know abt these things better...and they can also get u an extenstion of more than 45 days. May Allah help u.

yes u r right...its useless. and even if they reply they will just say background checks r going on blah blah blah. anyways I really hope whoever has sent their passport get them back with visa asap. i think the wait after passport request is more frustrating then the rest of the...

I dont think u should wait. As urs a nikkah case its better to send them rukhsati pics. And u shud send them to islamabad as thats where ur file is now.
