Hi, Actually, mine does not mention any specific time period, it just says that " this refers to your applications.....bla bla..... we have now received your submission. our office has created file for you......bla bla.. let Us know if there is a change.....so and so forth... prepare yourself...

Hello SG, Yes, second AOr is the one you get after submitting your full application to CHC, ND. Now, your second AOR says that, " 3 to 8 months. What I understand is that you are lucky as you got your second AOR, the only letter you received from CHC, ND says that it will only take 3-8 months...
