E-cas still out in my case. It doesn't identify my info. I have tried many combinations. Guys encountering the same issue, anything changed at your end? Any answers, theories?

I am a Buffalo applicant and I have the same problem.

immigration file number, mine starts with an E. last name, place and date of birth
