hi guys, congrats to all happy people here. I have finally been able to log into e-cas. Status reads CIO review complete. Please update my status. Thank you.

I can't check my E-Cas status. I wrote CIC about this issue about 2 week ago. Today I got this answer: "Dear Sir or Madam, The updates to the E-CAS (Electronic Client Application Status) system is done automatically by our systems. Unfortunately we are unable to answer technical questions...

Did you guys write CIO about this? If yes, did you get a response? I'm still waiting for an answer to my email.

I'm in the same boat. My VO is different from my country of birth and cannot log into e-cas. I sent an email to CIO about 12 days ago regarding this issue , no response yet.

:). I believe there's more than that. I already wrote CIO about not being able to log-in. Somebody else needs to fix the mistake. If there is one.

I'm sorry I don't understand. Did you try a different birth date and it worked??? I too have problems logging in.

Wayne, E-cas serves all applications and not only post 6/26 apps. "visa office eligibility review" sounds perfectly fine for a pre 6/26 app. We should not worry too much about this.

@Cappucino, Old issue. E-cas serves all applications pre and post 6/26, right? The E cas process shows a CIO and a VO eligibility review stage. I believe VO eligibility stage refers only to those applications received before 6/26. Our final eligibility review takes place at CIO, they say it's...

My file number starts with E00. I can't retrieve my status as I'm still having troubles logging into ecas. Hopefully after Sunday's maintenance everything will get clear.
