The assessment is made purely on the roles you write in the initial application. I would advise to attach this as an extra. The application form box is not big enough if you want to be accepted! :D. If the teaching is 50% of the role i'd say you would be ok

Hello, I got my AOR from London dated 24th Jan with a new file number however this one doesn't seem to work on ECAS and the old one has been deactivated. Any ideas? Or am I being impatient and not waiting long enough? Robbie
