The Buffalo Visa office instructions do not state that original TORs need to be submitted so University stamped and sealed transcripts should be good enough. Had they wanted original TOR they would have explicitly mentioned as done in case of work experience documents and language proficency...

Do they consider State clearance incase we are unable to obtain FBI clearance on time?? Any information will be great help. Also please let me know the process to obtain state clearance. FBI is testing our patience.... ???

I am sending from US, Is it the same mailing address for Couriers as it is for normal mail?
