How long did it take from when they completed their medical to when they request the passport?

So sorry I am just seeing this now. Yes I received an email followed by a snail mail from the Canadian Consulate in Jamaica. I am the sponsor as well as the Representative so everything gets sent to me.

I didn't get any forms just the email and later on a letter in the mail. We made the appointment and she went to one of the certified doctors.

Hello Everyone First week of March I received the letter that files were transferred. Today I heard via email that we should schedule the medical and to also send the birth certificate via courier. Hope everyone waiting will hear soon. Now I am praying that the medical will be accepted.

I received a letter yesterday indicating they are processing my app. I sent it in September after receiving the July 30th request. Check with the courier and make sure it was signed for.

I am in a similar situation in that I have no address info for the siblings and they said to write a cover letter explaining.

Yes you do need to submit the "Use of a Representative (IMM 5476)". I am in the same situation and I ask and they said yes because the representative is hte person they will be communicating with.
