Thanks canuck for the quick reply, but since my husband received the respond mail there wasn't any news since then....

My husband was approved last august for the sponsorship for spouse visa, and he was told that my papers will be sent to manila.we just don't know exactly where to start counting the 14 months or how long would it take since strike is still on going...thanks
