In this case there is a trick to at least find out if the application was touched. As it's known a BOWP application remains ontouched until processing starts not long before a final conclusion. During this time it's not even "in the system". I am in the same situation and was told several times...

Ha just received yet one confirmation of submission from the immigration agency, they sent me the screenshot of their CIC account with my 3 application submitted in proper time. I really doubt someone would be interested in producing fake screenshots, especially when it's related to immigration...

Thank you Marlee! That was a really good hint on what to expect. I hope they won't reject my app wihtout any preliminary investigation as I do have alot of proofs to provide and haveing 60 days is enough to break all ties with Quebec and get established outside it.
