OTP is not required as the transaction is not online. It is the merchant establishment who is charging as when you swipe the card and purchase, OTP is not required. I am not a senior, but i guess it is not required.

From where you have you done your 10th because in India everyone has that. Probably you are born before 1989, because someone told me that registration of birth was not mandatory before the year, i am not sure but i think it is so, kindly do some google and try to find out the govt...

I will go with you as most of the application received by the two people, they both cannot assess all the application. It has to be received by the front desk

I think they are minimal it may be example: you provided Experience of a NOC for two years it makes your application complete but when CIC calculate points it comes to 66 etc. I think only in these type of cases it may happen

I guess they match Job description & NOC before charging CC. They returned so many files without charging CC/DD for the reason
