Just an update!! My frend did her interview today in etobicoke. She said all they ask her is if she has ever been convicted of crime here or abroad and if she has ever worked in canada!!!

Just an update! My friend got dm in february and she finally got her interview date from etobicoke today! She has interview in 14 days! Congrats to all d AIPs and DM ! Hope my DM comes soon

Thanks Jiggy for ur reply. Can someone who applied online for OWP help mi out? I need to kno if when applying online for an OWP and the payment option comes up. Is there a section where u can upload a receipt if you have already paid?? Or do u ave to pay with credit card

Hi guys Was just wondering if after I receive my PR, and apply for student loan. Will that affect my sponsor ? Will that be classified as social assistance that he will need to repay?

Not sure but I know the Etobicoke office isn't 30 days. My frend got her DM two months ago and have been waiting to hear from Etobicoke and all now not a word! They probably take over 2 months or my frend is out of luck

It means a decision has been made, just ave a lil more patience and everything will b ok. They just ave not updated the ecas yet! I got my AIP thursday evening, and all my ecas says in application received. I think they just haven't updated it online yet! Hope that puts ur mind at ease. Congrats...
