i think u will have to email cic ND and ask them to send ur passport back. n tell them that u cant get the med done without passport. they shd have sent u passport back in the first place :(

we had same situation last year wen my mother-in-law was here in canada n she was asked to submit her passport along with medical. we were told by new delhi office that she will have to go to india to submit her passport n ever since then she is sitting there waiting for visa..but nothing so...

hi sonu.... the definition says, " post-secondary institute" . i dont know from where ur sis did her diploma, but i think if u cud prove tht the institute is post secondary...tht might help;) wish u good luck.
