If you're curious, why don't you email NYVO with a case specific inquiry. Wouldn't hurt. It seems like a couple people, myself included, had progress on their file once they sent an inquiry, especially if they've been waiting for awhile.

My eCas just changed to Decision Made today. I'm waiting for them to return my passport and give COPR, so hopefully it will be soon!

I did my medical March 14, 2012, sent receipts day after with express post to NYVO. And I got my passport request in the mail April 5, with it dated March 30. I'd imagine they're pretty quick, but I guess it depends on how fast your DMP sends the results.
