As far as I know, the second officer goes through the case file of PA and any dependent and make it ready for visa after carefully going through all the info. If you got your GCMS report before and you passed all criteria you should have PACE OTTAWA and should expect email any day. Hope this helps!!

They had an error receiving it two times, which is mentioned so third time when it was requested I emailed and couriered as well.
