dear bro u have already applied for immigration u should better not apply for another application they will keep rejecting u because ur immigration application is in process...and u have shown them that ur intention thr is to stay and u have no family ties... my advice is wait for ur immigration...

i think one application is process at a time ... plus for student we have to show strong ties to home that we will come bak after studies ... for study permit they reply after 15 dayz either rejection or for medical ... so i m not sure u shouuld search there site for more information....

When u receive ur refusal letter .. on wat grounds they refused ur application ... did they ask u to do the medical before refusal ???

well in every country they have diff criteria .. u cant really say but here in pakistan only successful applicant were ask to udergo with the medical and the total processing time is 4 weeks....
