Dont panic guys,Wait until end of april...

Jan month is quite free in terms of workload. Even till mid feb is fine but end of first quarter is very busy.There are so many examples for me who applied in mid of feb but still waiting for their results. Be prepare for 6-8 weeks time frame for sure.

Trv applied in march 2018 taking upto 6 weeks due to lots of load on ircc because of students session. In your case hopefully you will get reply by the end of april.

Yes 99% it would be flagged as red.Officer most likely might have remarked this case unsatisfactory.There is no sense to file again untill unless special change. There are couple of rejections you mentioned in addition to which extremely important is misreprestation or contravening.
