Hi all,
One of my relative was sponsored by his brother in 1996 with parents as a family class , at that time he turned 19 year but still he was eligible to be accompanied by parents as he was dependent on family because he was a full time student, so after a year he didn't go to college as he failed and but he was still registered to college for full time and starts working with his dad as a mechanic so now immigration ask to send a school paper that he was a full time student , in the same time he was doing some full time computer course to show his full time studies, but the computer course he was doing those certificate had a different date of birth than the passport, so he send the the certificate along with affidavit stating that date of birth was different than the passport but it is his cerificate.(back in days parents will give whatever date to school they remember approximately ), so now embassy ask for interview, after a long interview immigration decided to delete his name from family class and gave other member visa. They said how can you be a full time student to both place ( computer course and college) at same time.
Now i have a GCMS note ,there is nothing stated in file about fraud or bad immersion of him , just a interview questions and at the end of GCMS note says " deleted from family class as ( SAs) not meet".
What does SAS means ?
Do immigration means he provided a fake docs to show his eligibility?
Nothing state in gcms note.

We tried as a work permit for him with LMIA:-
-Got the generic letter Stating :-
Contravene the condition.
Family ties, purpose of visit, financial asset,

And 3 time as a visitor but everytime with generic refusal letter.

I got the family case GCMS letter but i have order other file GCMS too. It is on the way.
So what do you guys think is it a big no to Canada , if it is a RED FLAG(they think wrong documentation/ or did they put something in his UCI remarks what they are never mentioning on his GCMS.
Or can he again try for Family visit TRV.
Altogether it will be 5 rejection
Thanks
Hope to hear from you also Bryanna.

Yes 99% it would be flagged as red.Officer most likely might have remarked this case unsatisfactory. There is no sense to file again untill unless special change.
There are couple of rejections you mentioned in addition to which extremely important is misreprestation or contravening.
