    as migrator said, NDVO is new delhi visa office. They must have exhausted their visa quota. But LVO that is London Visa Office is still issuing visa as they must still have some quota left. hence we shall get our visa once the quotas are renewed in 2013, hopefully January.

    HI, My take on this would be that ur friends docs were verified and then sent to the VO for approval. once approval comes, they generally encash the DD. Ur file might still be in review. So don't worry. they will encash it soon.

    In another forum thread 1 of the applicants was asked to re-send the photographs as the ones CHC had was not usable. The photos are used for the final stamping and generating the COPR. Hence a waild assumtion, VISAS ON THE WAY...................
