Hang in there. I won in June of 2014 and have heard nothing yet. It has been 7 months now. You can always contact your MP to find out where your file is at.

Maybe you will just get a date for the full hearing? Someone can please clarify if you receive a letter after failed ADR like you do after failed interview.

Call the IAD (Immigration Appeal Division). Tell them you haven't received any letter. It should have been sent by now.

My friends this is a good example for my timelines i told many of here that it'll take around 6 months now see, Hina 123 has approved from her appeal in May & pp request in beginning of December. Gango is waiting..Is it 6 months if the appeal is processed from Ottawa or even if file goes...
