Help - Realized that we did not Submit 'Additional Family Info' for spouse

James, Even if you do send the additional doc by whatever means there is no way for CIO officers to match your 2 different submissions because up till this point you don't even have a file nos. All forms must be in the same package.

Help - Realized that we did not Submit 'Additional Family Info' for spouse

Try again!!! With a missing form, you'll be sure to get your application returned in a couple month's time from CIO. The guys there are very demanding.

I am in a very tough situation.I need advice from everybody

Same thing applies to your master's credential. You can help yourself by requesting your transcipt as soon as your final grades are in and submitting to CHC. It's a fact that Buffalo office is very slow in processing.

I am in a very tough situation.I need advice from everybody

Hi, Consult OP6 manual concerning documents submission after 120 day deadline. If your additional docs is received after 120 days but before V.O. review, it will be admitted for assessment and you'll have no problems. However, if officer reviews your incomplete submission before your documents...

    important on new NOCs?

My guess again, CIO sure won't be keeping a humongous load of applications until the 1st of July when each new year for processing begins nor the processing fees.

    important on new NOCs?

Dear All, My best guess on this is that henceforth it will be like the U.S. system of approving work visas (H1) where one has to file from the 1st of September and the cap is 50,000 which is quickly exhaused within a few days - still this is for immigrants with master's and other specialized...

Dear All, does any body really think our friend is going to improve his ielts score (we are not talking of language ability in real life , classroom interactions) in the space of a few weeks, from 6 band to 8 band (very good user) - common now!

Attn Seniors ??? totally unfair to ask such kind of explanation from Singapore

Dear All, To contribute to the discussion, the best SINGLE advice is to get a lawyer to represent you. It will make all the difference, believe me.

Police clearance certificate for different country stay

Hi, I'll say if it's easy for you to get PCC from Qatar , then no harm done to include it with your full submission. It may prove to be a time saver if the V.O. uses his discretion and requests for PCC just because your travel history is queer. This is what I did after I made a case specific...

    120 days timeline

With all due respect , Saki , you cannot be farther from the truth. 120 day deadline is reviewed after a couple weeks at which time if full docs is not already received, the B-file MAY be inactivated. Thanks

    120 days timeline

Hi, The key is understanding the processes whidh our applications are put through. Once full docs received at CHC by 120 deadline, it is checked for completeness not immediately but after a couple months at which time the 2nd AOR is sent out. The file is then put on a queue for assessment...

Entering Canada on Work Permit while PR in progress

Hi, I am glad u succeeded in your work visa application. As far as I know the borders are open 24 hours if u plan to use road transportation. Also, it's really up to you if you want to bother the VO with extra documents that will not count towards your points for immigration. But you do have to...
