Correct - I did the same, dropped an email but I got a response saying that I need to provide the OINP File Number. I did not receive any mail or call from them in these 4 months. Now, I am not sure where do I get this FILE NUMBER from.

They have received my mailed documents on 23rd Sept (as per the courier company) but as of today I did not get any ack. Also, as per bank records the DD was encashed on 8th Dec 2015. But again no communication from Ontario Authorities. I am not sure what should I do next.
