I have submitted my wife's consent as well. This is confusing, at the top of the notes it is mentioned 11.2 MET but at the end some text is hidden...what do we make of this? Is everything ok?

I have submitted my wife's consent as well. This is a bit confusing at the start of the notes both R10 & 11.2 are mentioned as MET but at the end there are few text hidden and after these notes my file is then transferred to NDVO. What can we make out of this?
