Well, updated news that there was a app who's VO is Beijing had received further statu changed tonight which was changed to 3 liners from 2 and meant that would be highly possibility getting a real " In Process"...As general forecast...he would be granted Visa within 6 months.......

The "paper FN" means a notice sent from Visa office in mail indicating the same information like the very first PER you got that is thought to confirm your app has been received by Visa Office, which is published on Chinese Immigration Forum. Did you re-check your statu? probably changed already.

Did it mention that the mail was left at any office in New Delhi and could be picked up on your own? I have discussed this with other applicants who informed me that maybe CIO issued a "Paper FN" to you just like before they did in old session.

hm...are you now in Canada? as my perspective, there is no branchs of Canada post outside Canada that means Canada post is only operated in Canada. The International mail sent from Canada should be deliveried by co-op of Canada post and the post office or company of your country. I could not...
