I don't know if anyone else pre-June 2010 belong to different NOC got this kind of letter. Let see mine processing date is March-16-2012, if i get this kind of letter than they are putting us on hold for next year otherwise there's some other reason like holding of certain NOC.

I guess, it seems like LVO is done choosing applicants of pre-june 2010 for visas for this year 2012, that's y they are not issuing more medicals and people are getting this type of acceptance letter. This is my guessing only.

Absolutely right, Yaar we can't just sit and wait for them to have a look on our cases. In my case i lost my job my because of applying for canadian immigration and now i can't do anything as i don't have my original documents. They should understand the situation all the applicants face...
