They 'magically' said our visa was ready a day after I emailed them and asked when the medicals expire (Dec 3rd) and if they can extend them if they aren't done processing by then. Maybe you'll get lucky if you do the same.

Good question I'll check when she wakes up :) She has been working in Singapore before this process for quite a few years so I'm not sure if she has a health card. Does that card have a picture on it or did they accept it anyway?

    How would i know???

I had some issues with them finding my medical and matching it up with my file. What i ended up doing was emailing the VO the date of my medical, the doctor's name and where i took it. They updated e-cas about a week later with medical results received. I would start by doing that, although...

I may be over thinking this (as usual). Now that she will have the passport I think we can just get an updated NBI within a day which "should" be good as valid id.

Oh really as a tourist that's interesting. Yah I'll try call tomorrow, I've already sent an email to the embassy asking if we could get the NBI when we pickup the visa and i emailed the people that put on the seminar to see if the NBI photocopy will be enough if we can't get the original...

Yah we are going to wait until she gets the visa and then take the seminar, but they are asking for valid photo id so i don't think the certificate will work. They ask for the passport on a separate line so i think you need valid photo id in addition to the passport. All this and we might get...

Med expires on December 3rd so they said we need to fly out before then so unfortunately i don't think so. Lack of id is a problem but with all of her stuff at CIC we haven't been able to secure any additional id's. I did email CIC to ask if we could get the NBI and use it as ID at the seminar...

Hmmm i noticed in that link it says One (1) valid identification card with photograph (eg., SSS ID, GSIS E-card, PRC ID, driver's license, postal ID, ARC, etc.) She will only have her passport (which it mentions on a different line). She also has an old nbi printout with her picture on it...

How to organize Application package and Support evidence - Thread welcome input!

They prefer not to have staples, use paperclips if you can. I did the same thing as you with the 3 different folders. Photos should be fine like that, I printed mine out about 4 per page and typed in captions below them. I did about the same for printed chat history, actually probably a...

Woooohooooo embassy called yesterday going to go pick up the visa on Thursday. Medicals expire on Dec 3rd so she needs to be here by then. So excited right now I can't stop smiling hehe. Can anyone give me a basic rundown of what you need to do after? I think there's an afternoon class or...

    Stay in province

Unless you are part of the provincial nominee program that requires you to stay in that province I "think" you should be able to move. Maybe someone else knows for sure and can provide more info.

SPOUSE / FAMILY CLASS timeline MANILA Visa Office PHILIPPINES

I don't think that's the case. If you look at the Manila spreadsheet the interview requests come after the ppr requests. PPR Date: 4/23/2013 Interview Request:5/28/2013 PPR Date: 3/22/2012 Interview Request: 1/28/2013 PPR Date: 4/28/2012 Interview Request: 10/16/2012 PPR Date: 4/18/2013...

Most people pay it in advance so it doesn't cause delays. If you didn't pay for it up front and they are now asking for it then it sounds like you are on the way to approval.

They ask for everyone's passport as part of the process in Manila. You can still be denied.

Once it gets to the point they are contacting you, will they send an email or letter or both? Do they CC the sponsor if it's an email?
