Hi Rondee, We also got married in October and sent our application in December. Of course, we enclosed our marriage certificate, but if they request some additional proves, I guess I would send them photos and details of our shared foreign currency bank account.

As far as I know, your application can be returned before encashement. After encahement, you can get PER or NER via mail/email.

It seems to be random, but who knows what's going on in Vienna ::)
