i believe that your file has crossed the completeness check you may also call them to confirm the status after 10 weeks of your receipt of file date......

I have been charged but unfortunately could not obtain the exact date, its between 5th Feb to 11th Feb, Application reached CIC on 15-12-2014, NOC 2131. Patiently waiting for PER mail.

Hay Shahimran I am a 12 Dec appl and just got charged yesterday. I didn't lose hope and was patient. The good thing that I can tell you is that you are still in the race and the final # of applicants till your date didn't yet reached the total cap.
Call them and ask about your current status and ask them also to provide you with your UCI#. Everything will be alright.

It was from my local bank. You shouldn't be impatient as CIC has not been consistent with charging dates. But be sure to check with your DD issuing bank occasionally. Best of luck!
