Hello EFK - You don't need to prove anything. they know that there is no social security number or tax in the UAE and hence they will ignore this. I applied and got AOR without mentioning anything about tax/social number etc... Cheers

Quebec Skilled worker programs is different than Federal Skilled Worker Program. Quebec program is still open till end of March 2013. Good luck
