Did you order note recently? Did you find any sign of file being scanned? Some 2020 AOR got their notes and they found their files were scanned in mid July. But I did not see such sign for early 2019 AOR.

They are sending PAL now is like a proof of “ look we are working , but don’t expect to get the result soon”. LOL. Just kidding.
