    Generally it is said that the supporter has to live in Manitoba all the time (permanently/indefinitely are other words). Our connection to Manitoba makes sense that way. I do not know the effect though.

    Hi Znarfier, I got married earlier this year, so my spouse is not in MB. Her application is being processed at NDVO. MPNP assessment is for my sister. I received the file number on 25 June 2015. Two different cases. Take care.

    If it is 3 months, I would definitely suggest you to contact them. Quote your application number with your name and date of birth for reference.
