Credential Evaluation results are valid for 2 years. Seeing as you are yet to receive your evaluation result, you can be hopeful that your PR application would have come through long before then. What stage are you with the PR processing? 9j

The expiration of your visa is one year after your medical date and you have to land before the expiration of your visa regardless of when they are issued. There are no ifs and buts about it. 9j
