    NOC. 3142 - Physiotherapists

"Why the preference of many naija PTs for Alberta?" - Well, I can't speak for everybody, but I suspect the relative low cost of living and low tax rate (lowest in Canada) and the boom with oil and natural gas industry within the region might have to do with it. Working as a PTA - You can work...

Hi, The blue book refers to the Therapy-Ed O'Sullivan book. I had provided the link in my earlier post. It used to be blue hence the name blue book. The current edition is white and green. At the moment, there is no specific book for the Canadian PCE. Most people use the US NPTE prep text books...

I'll advice that you wait till your CO comes back and you can have a chat with her before you send in your PLAR form. They might be able to advice you on the best course of action to suit your situation. One other good thing about the PLAR process: sometimes you may have the option of...

    NOC. 3142 - Physiotherapists

I was categorized as non-precedent too despite that a few of my classmate had completed the credentialing about a year before me. I think it has to do with the credentialing standard in use by the Alliance at the time of one's application. Re books: O'Sullivan's NPTE exam Prep book...

Ireland. If you know anyone from your school who completed the credentialing recently, you can check with them, that might give you some insight. Generally most PT programs from Nigeria don't have major issues may be one or two areas to cover at most barring any confusion with the documents...

No, I didn't have to do any other course thankfully. I also submitted documents from the masters programme from my current country of residence as part of the credentialing process, which I think helped. I completed my first degree in PT from UI. 9j

Congratulations! I don't think there is anything to worry about here sodapop. Sending you the PPR directly was a mistake initially on the part of your visa officer. Since you have a legal representative, the PPR should have been sent to them directly. The decision to rescind the initial email...

I see. I just thought 19 months was way over the top. For the context of PT Practice, I completed the Alliance self study module. It used to be that you can request to complete this once the Alliance has a file and a PIN number for you. I hope this is still the case. To do this, you need to...
