Thanks Andy, I had a damaged passport so I got a new one that was issued in Toronto, Canada by Consulate General of India. So in Question # 3 under passport information on Generic Application should I write India or Canada for Country of issue.

First of all I wanted to say sorry to everyone I couldn't reply to regarding the Police clearance certificate I got from India. I had a major accident and was on bed rest for a while, because of that it took me longer than I expected to prepare my file. Now I only have 2 months left on my work...

As long as it doesn't matter then I should be fine. But now I am confused if there is any different kind of PCC? I mean I read somewhere online whether it should be issued from Commissioner's Office or Passport Office. I am not sure which one we need for immigration. I am literally running out...
