You have done the right thing by letting them knw ur in india the file however would be better off if processed in Canada so wont recommend you to change the file processing center to India. If you want to delay it further then its upto you. It takes around 3 months or more to transfer the file...

there way of processing files just seems BS for me ... id say gather some support and go outside their office and protest... how can they have a good christmas keeping guys like us at bay without happiness ...this seems unfair
