my lawyer said that we can submit her paper's in india's VO..but i hv read somewhere that we have first request this to CIC. i had called cic on friday and she said everything including BC is completed and i should be getting final decision pretty soon though.

provincial nominee like you..might get it earlier. but still compare it with may or june applicants.

..if you compare with january applicants..you may not get the right timeline to compare..the trend has been that's processing times are getting longer and longer as the months are passing by..for ex, november avg processing time was 4 months ..dec was 5 months and january applicants are talking...

call again and hope its another agent this time. hung up if you find the same agent again ;D
