I don't think they even made their revised target of 10,000.. Not that I'm complaining (if it would adversely affect our processing times), but if you're going to lower your target at least make it achievable.

It breaks my heart to hear stories like this. The journey to marrying a canadian person is definitely long and arduous. I really hope that you hear something soon! You deserve to be reunited with your husband as soon as possible!

I don't think this could suddenly happened either. Someone suggested that they will distribute the applications evenly among VO offices, so that all the offices have the same processing time. I hope this is not the case. Otherwise, it just makes it easier for the person you are speaking to on...

I completely agree with you! Also, if you account that SA takes 60 days, rather than the 10 days they suggest, the processing time will be 20 months. If you take a look at the spreadsheet someone linked about, the info is also dated, from March 31, 2015.

Agreed! I do feel for their situations, but 18 months is too long to wait to be reunited with your spouse.
