I think that the application status on eCAS should say "In process" and only then we would get an RPRF request. I know there are some exceptions in the newer applications where the candidates got their applications as "in process" just after a few days of AOR and before even they got Medicals...

Which means they haven't turned a blind eye towards CEC applications. They are working and taking their own time.

Thanks Axepsy but this does not explain is that why they are still issuing MRs to the CEC aspirants and stopping everyone at 'PPR awaited' stage. Does it indicate a less time intensive juncture and the process from here on has a very quick turnaround? When time comes, they would churn everyone...
