Firstly many congrats for the AOR. I believe CIC makes the date of receipt of application at CIO sydney as reference in all correspondences and status updates, like our Ecas statuses etc also mention the same date. I believe the 10 months time is from May 23rd in your case. Happy waiting.

well in that case you can only hear from your Lawyer about CC charge provided they are supportive enough, which I doubt they would be. Most likely they will share with you once they get Your PER email from CIC. Seeing the spreadsheet the PER email would reach you after 3 to 10 days of CC charge...
