Hi Sarayu, I have scheduled an appointment on this coming Thursday. The receptionist asked me to bring 4 small canadian passport photos. But since the clinic offers a service to take photos with an additional $10 charge, I didn't write down the photo size she mentioned. I'll check with them on...

I think I have received my MR. The title of the email is: "Citizenship & Immigration Canada: Information about my_FILE_NUMBER" and attached is a medical form.
