    I doubt you can pay application fees yourself using CC online. It is RPRF and family sponsorship (which is different from FSW) I know you can pay online yourself. See link under for fees payable online. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

    If you are not under some sort of pressure to do a name change, then just complete your processing with AVO the way you started it. Reduce the amount of questions that could be asked on your case file. My opinion right there. All the best.
