Good question alpha I think possibility of both are there!! Esepecially in 1122 they might be returning applications on even small errors or imcopleteness Moreover there are also chances that out of many 100s of applications in our category, they have just found only 52 complete uptill now...

Forax Whatever the validity of PCC in your country!! U have to see the requirements of Canada regarding the validity of PCC. In their guide its writeen that the PCC should not be older than 3 months upon submission of application!!!
