Hi RK, Do you have same text as kris? I think the code provided in Kris's message is Immigration Officer's ID. And it seems the substitue evolution by one officer to other officer.

I am not sure but your file was put under substitute evolution. This is my opinion. seniors please correct me if it is wrong.
