I submitted my application on DEC 30 at Purolator. The supposed to deliver on 4 Jan, but they delivered on 5 Jan @ 8:52. I thought i was in 5K cap, but so far no information and no CC charged. I live in Edmonton. Did anyone has the same issue? Thanks
