As, now onward,the top priority of CIC will be to cleared the old applicants backlog, pending since 2004. Hopefully( within month or so), some of the applicants may get the medical request and others may receive the request for UL. So, I think we should remain in touch with latest information...

I think ,its better to wait for the UL request as now both of you are not eligible to apply under New Occupation list.However ,there is a hope of early processing of 2006 cases after new rule . More to hear from maties about the pendency of old applicants application.
