I landed on May 21, 2015. I called yesterday and they said my card was sent for production on August 12. No word on if it was produced or if was mailed out. They said, If you dont receive it by October 15 :o :o then I should call them That is almost 6 months, to make a freaking plastic card...

I landed on 21 May at Montreal Trudeau. I called CIC yesterday and they said my card was sent for printing on 12 August 2015. No news after that. Its a freaking plastic card, not a space mission for which you need 4 months to prepare. Dont know whats going on with those guys.

Quebec immigration requirements change very frequently and they may not even be the same in 3 years. So getting it in writing from someone who has nothing to do with Quebec immigration department is useless.
