Please help: Doctor mistake on medical exam

I'm not a legal professional, but I'm fairly certain that you have the right to know your own medical results, and you also have the right to request a copy of the report to be sent to you once it's been finalized. In fact, your doctor cannot share your medical results with anyone, unless you...

Please help: Doctor mistake on medical exam

Stating the obvious here - the simple solution is to go back to your doctor and take the measurements again, if you want both in inch and cm, just to avoid any confusion. Measurements can be off by an inch or so, but a 15 cm (which is 5.9 inches) difference is a gap that won't be overlooked.

    Degree Equivalence

Everybody has a different experience and people use various providers. Read the forums and you will get the general idea. There is no need to open yet another thread, when the forums are already filled with discussions quoting WES, ICAS, IQAS etc.

    procedural fairness

If you have made a genuine mistake by not disclosing your rejected student visa, simply tell them what happened - and then you have to wait for them to make a decision. You should not worry about being banned from Canada yet, so just focus on what you can control, which is providing them with an...

Request help with the status update

It is difficult to say, as every application is unique, so don't spend your energy trying to find a definite answer. Passing the medicals is the first movement, but it is not in any way a sign of fast resolution. Reading these forums will only provide you with other applicants' experiences which...

2 Different ECAs from 2 separate services?

You don't have to stick with WES, you can use any service accepted by CIC. It makes no difference for CIC which service you use, as long as your credentials have a valid ECA.

    Need urgent Help

@tryitalways Since your work permit extension has been denied in Feb 2018, you are not allowed to work in Canada, and you are clearly aware of this fact. If you are still working, even though you do not have the necessary work permit, you have to stop working immediately. Your lawyer is right...

They might or might not ask for it during their review of your application, so to be on the safe side, you can send it online via CSE (case specific enquiry) and ask them to attach it to your file.

need help, unbelievable 2 years processing, still on back ground checking

@PlimPlum Thank you for your input. My note was not directed at the person who posted the original discussion. The intention of my post was not to judge, but to share an observation, and simply offer a different perspective, in general. If anything, I feel for every single applicant who puts...

need help, unbelievable 2 years processing, still on back ground checking

It is interesting to see so many people expect to get permanent residence, just because they made the effort to hit the submit button. Gentle reminder, just because you apply, it doesn't mean you will get it. The Canadian Government can do whatever they see fit with their EE program and...

ONIP under Human Capital Priorities Stream Process time ????

Any 'exact' processing time will apply only to the person who has successfully got his/her PR through the same stream, because they are looking at the whole process in the rear-view mirror. Nobody, and I mean not one person will be able to tell you how long your application might take. If you...
