Hello,

My case is different, right now I am in very bad shape and I need your help or please suggest me some direction.

-So I came to Canada in April 2013 on student Visa I completed 2 years Diploma From Algonquin college Ottawa.

-After that I got Work permit for 3 years, I got the job via Adecco Consultancy in health care company, I was on Adecco pay roll. Meanwhile working I created my PR file with the help of lawyer.

My CRS point are 402 right now, I am giving IELTS to improve my score.

-my work permit expired in October 2017 but in September 2017 I applied for work permit extension and in November 2017 my healthcare company hired me on their payroll. but in Feb 2018 my workpermit got rejected as my employer got changed and Adecco told government that I no longer work with them.

- And now I don’t have Valid work permit and CSR point are also high, So as per my lawyer suggestion I applied for Visitor Visa, so that I have a legal status in Canada. And I got My Visitor Visa until Aug 2018.

-Do I have to quit my Job now, as now I am on Visitor Visa?

- Can I again apply for Work permit extension, as my employer is not ready for LMIA.

- Please suggest me what I can do to stay in Canada without quitting the job.

- If I change my lawyer do I have to create a new express entry profile?

Please reply.

Thanks in advance.

Since your work permit extension has been denied in Feb 2018, you are not allowed to work in Canada, and you are clearly aware of this fact.
If you are still working, even though you do not have the necessary work permit, you have to stop working immediately.
Your lawyer is right in that with a visitor visa you have legal status to be in Canada until Aug 2018, but, as you and your lawyer both know, a visitor visa doesn't allow you be in paid employment.
If CIC finds out that you ignored their decision and carried on working without the necessary paperwork, your employer will almost certainly be fined (misleading the government by saying that you 'no longer work with them' is a bad idea), you will be fired, your visitor visa will be cancelled, and you will be asked to leave Canada, or even be banned from the country for 5 years.

Your express entry profile and your lawyer are not dependent on one another. You can change your lawyer any time without having to create a new EE profile. You simply need to remove him from your current EE profile as your representative (IF he is your current representative).
I am almost certain that applying for another work permit extension makes no sense at this point, as you were already rejected in February. Unless you produce a new job offer with LMIA, you would likely get rejected again. It is a difficult spot to be in, but you really are risking your future plans to immigrate to Canada permanently, if you carry on working illegally.

There are ways to increase your CRS, so you should focus on that while your visitor visa is valid.
